Smallville Finale: Lois & Clark the Perfect Fit
Okay, before I start to talk about Lois & Clark’s almost wedding and their ending in the Smallville Saga, I feel the need to explain how big a Superman fan I am in general and that my Lois and Clark love crosses comic, movies and TV incarnations – not just Smallville. I’ve been hooked on Superman since my parents brought home the Chris Reeve movie for me to watch at the age of 4. I was the girl in the school yard who shunned people for watching SeaQuest over Lois & Clark. I was the girl curled up in a ball crying and trying not to get tear stains on her brother’s comic when Superman “died”. Thanks to Margot Kidder and Teri Hatcher I went through 2 phases of “I want to be a journalist when I grow up”. And I made sure my butt was home glued in front of the TV for every single wedding attempt on Lois & Clark the New Adventures of Superman. So, needless to say there is a great love of the Superman story here and my love for the characters is great. Okay, now that we have established. on to what I thought of this final episode and final moments in Lois & Clark’s Smallville journey.
So, the episode starts where we left of last week, with Lois wanting to call off the wedding because she thinks she’s holding Clark back from being the hero he’s meant to be. Clark on the other hand, insists that he needs her at his side believing in him to be that hero. Soon, however, Clark starts having some doubts. He’s already trying to let go of his past in Smallville to become that hero and he’s afraid he’ll have to let go of Lois too. Fortunately for us fans, Chloe and Oliver come to the rescue. Chloe tells Lois that Clark does need her and when Lois still has doubts, Chloe lets her hear the truth from Clark himself, by giving Lois his wedding vows to read. After reading them, Lois realizes what an idiot she’s been. Meanwhile, in the cemetery, Oliver comes across Clark at Jonathan’s grave. Clark tells Oliver his doubts and wonders if being hero means you have to walk alone. Oliver reminds him that he thought that once and all it got him was a burnt hoody.
Later, Clark heads back to the apartment to find Lois but she won’t let him because it’s bad luck before the wedding. Clark is surprised at her change of mind and she confesses she read his vows and realized they’re a perfect fit. Then she slips hers under the door. She explains her reasoning and then Clark reads her vows. Reading them makes Clark certain again that marrying Lois is the right thing to do and tells her he’ll see her at the Chapel.
At the Chapel, Lois seems a little panicked because she doesn’t see Clark at the altar but relaxes when she feels his hand go into her hers and sees him standing beside her. On their way to the altar, Clark sees Jonathan’s ghost standing beside Martha. Everything seems to be going fine as Lois and Clark make it to the altar, exchange beautiful wedding vows and are about to exchange rings as Chloe notices that Clark’s ring looks different and turns to ask Oliver what’s going on and then all hell breaks loose as Darkseid uses Oliver to get to Clark. The church is evacuated and Clark and Oliver throw each other around. Clark talks Oliver back to the light and Darkseid is exorcised from him.
After that, other than a few brief moments at the Daily Planet and Superman saving Lois and Air Force One and the two of them smiling at each other as he does it (which considering the history of Superman saving Lois from planes – loved it), we don’t really get to see them together again until the episode flash forwards seven years into the future. Clark now has his klutz act down to a tee and bumps into Lois. As Lois and Superman’s theme music from the movie is underscoring the scene and when know one is looking, he pulls out two wedding rings and they talk about secretly trying to get married again that day. Clark is of course called away to help save the day and the Superman Theme soars as Lois smiles as he runs to the rooftop and rips open his shirt revealing the suit and the S. The End or the beginning, depending on how you want to look at it.
I have to admit I loved it! I know I’ve read some comments on twitter from people who felt ripped off by not having an actual official marriage between these two occur on screen but personally, I thought it was kind of fitting. I have always felt myself torn on whether I wanted Lois and Clark to get married on the show. On one hand, I adore these two characters together on Smallville and damn it I wanted to see Erica Durance in a wedding dress and I wanted to hear these two people I have watched weave in and out of each others orbits for 6 years exchange vows. On the other hand though, I also felt that that they hadn’t earned it yet. He wasn’t Superman yet. They’d only been dating a couple of years. They hadn’t had to deal with being a couple and having Superman in their lives.
It took Lois & Clark/Superman almost 60 years to get married in the comics, it took them three weddings on L&C, and in the movies they decided they couldn’t be together because being Superman was more important and he erased her memories of the two of them to ease her pain. So, to me, the fact that their wedding was interrupted by Darkseid (with some help from Oliver) actually worked for me. They are the ultimate super couple (pun intended –lol) so having them still trying to get married in the future 7 years later, trying to overcome all the crazy in the world together just makes sense to me. This way I got to hear the vows, I got to see the dress, and I got my soapy interrupted wedding, but I was left the knowledge that these two crazy, complicated kids love each other so much that they will stay together come the end of the world or come Lex Luthor becoming president and they are going to keep trying to get married until they make it happen. The destiny of these two people was never a question they end up together because they have to. I’ll miss watching Tom Welling and Erica Durance leading me on this part of Lois & Clark’s journey, but what a fun ride it’s been!
I’ll leave you all now with Lois & Clark’s wedding vows which I thought explained perfectly why they belong together.

Clark:
“I, Clark Kent, take you, Lois Lane, to be my companion, forever. With you by my side I will never be alone. Though the world sees a strong and independent woman, I’ve never known someone with such gentle grace and more pure heart. When I’ve been lost you’ve always been there to bring me back, so on this day, at this moment, I pledge the rest of my life to you. You’ve always believed in me, and I believe in you. When you believe in someone it’s not for a minute, or just for now, it’s forever.”
Lois:
“I wanted these vows to be perfect, but perfection is a hard thing to get your hands on. But life is meant to be a little messy, and when it comes to love I think it’s like my dad always said about the army: You only sign up if it’s the only thing you could ever imagine doing. Clark, I can not imagine spending a moment of my life without you. I promise that I will always have your back, as you will always have mine. You’re my best friend, you’re my home, and you are my true love, and I am yours and will be forever.”

Best & Worse TV Couple Moments of 2010
So, with 2010 coming to a close, I decided to make a list of what I considered the Best & Worse moments of the year for my Crazy Complicated Couples. I’m not always good at narrowing things down to lists, for example, don’t ask me what my favorite movie is because it will take a long scientific process for me to give you some sort of answer – but this was a little easier – although that might be because I cheated a little and added a Most Heartbreaking Moments section. I think the hardest part was remembering what happened at the beginning of 2010 and making sure I wasn’t thinking of something from last year –lol! Anyway, here goes nothing! I have chosen only one moment per category for each couple and I’ve tried not to duplicate them with my Best & Worst of the Decade list that I will be posting through out the week. Feel free to comment and agree or disagree with any of my choices. Enjoy!
Worse TV Couple Moments of 2010:
I figured I’d start with the worst and end with the best. I’m the type of person who likes to end on a good note. So, here’s the top 5 worst moments for my couples in 2010 in ascending order. (FYI – my definition of Worst is getting screwed by bad writing – where the writers could have not bothered at all or come up with something that made a lot more sense or they just took an interesting idea and made it crap or they made me angry unnecessarily.)
5. Fringe: Peter sleeps with Alt-Olivia
Okay, I’m not a die-hard Peter and Olivia fan but she is less annoying when she is with him and my love for Joshua Jackson’s Peter is vast. So needless to say, I was really not amused when Peter took his relationship with Olivia to the next step with the wrong Olivia, the one from the alternate universe, and didn’t even notice she was the wrong one. Seriously, WTF?!! I hate that. This is not the first show to have the guy get snowed by a doppelganger and I’m sure it won’t be the last – but really I expect more from my Peter. I think what made me even madder was that around the same time Smallville had an Alt-U episode and Lois only had to look Clark in the eyes to tell it was him and that made this stupidity just so much worse for me. Will Olivia ever be able to get over this? Well, considering what she did to her clothes that the Alt-Liv wore, I’m think it’s going to take a while.
4. Chuck: Starting Season 3 with Chuck & Sarah Apart
So, we left off Season 2 of Chuck thinking all was right in the world of Chuck and Sarah and that things were progressing nicely between them. Then, we waited for almost 10 months for Season 3 to air and what do we get Chuck and Sarah apart for a convoluted lame reason, Chuck dating Kristen Kruek’s Hannah for a few episodes and Sarah dating the new spy guy in town – Shaw. Thankfully, it didn’t last as long as it could have, but damn was it painful. Thankfully, Hannah got lost and Shaw found out Sarah was responsible for killing his wife during her first spy test and he kind of went cuckoo after that and joined the bad guys. Not soon enough for me.
3. General Hospital: Patrick Cheats on Robin with Lisa
It took me a long time to get invested in Patrick & Robin as a couple – mostly because General Hospital’s head writer is incapable writing anything that is not repetitive and annoying most of the time. The credit probably goes to Sri Rao who wrote Soapnet’s GH spin-off, Night Shift’s Season 2 and actually wrote them decently as a couple. Anyway, after over-coming Patrick’s womanizing ways and Robin’s massive insecurities, Robin and Patrick were married in a fun soapy wedding and had a baby (which is a big deal considering Robin is HIV positive) and everything was good. That is until some bad writing had them start fighting over nothing that made any sense, which was followed up with Robin deciding she had to go to Africa to help treat some Aids patients. Apparently, Robin being away for a couple of weeks made Patrick feel abandoned, so he got drunk and slept with his ex. Seriously, people? Patrick was over this womanizing bullshit! Over the course of a few years, they slowly but surely had him realize he needed no one else but Robin and then this BS happens. Well, you can count me out as fan of these two. This stupidity undid everything good about them and killed it for me. Congratulations Bob Guza, you’re wonderful writing strikes again!
2. Gossip Girl: Blair Discovers Chuck Slept with Jenny
I know, I know, everything can’t be roses all the time, but this, this was bad. I thought it was bad enough when Blair was going to sell herself to Jack to help out Chuck, and Chuck was going to sell Blair to his uncle to help himself – yes that was bad – so naturally my dynamic duo broke up. But this was worse. They made us think that Chuck could fix this with his romantic “Affair to Remember”/ “Sleepless in Seattle” meet me at the top of the Empire State Building if you want to be together gesture. I mean using movies to get to Blair’s heart is definitely the thing to do. Naturally, as in the movies Blair was late to the meeting, this time because Blair’s maid/nanny Deroda went into labor. Chuck thinking Blair was really over him was crushed and got drunk and did the ultimate, unforgivable thing – he slept with Blair’s nemesis Jenny Humphrey. Of course, after finding Chuck’s flowers at the Empire State Building, Blair rushes over to Chuck’s just as he and Jenny finish doing the deed. Every Chair fan’s heart broke as they watched Chuck and Blair declare their love for each other as Jenny snuck out of the penthouse. Then, to make matters worse as Chuck is about to propose to Blair in the lobby, when Dan and Jenny show up and the truth comes out. Sure, this was mega-dramatic but it didn’t just feel like Chuck was the only one getting punched in the face as you watched this – so were we, the Chuck and Blair fans – punched with this obvious stupidity to just keep Chuck and Blair apart because they don’t know what to do with them if they’re together. Mirror this with Season 2’s finale “I love you” moment and you just want to scream. Seriously, it’s okay to put them together as King and Queen Bee taking over the world. I would really be okay with that. Sigh.
1. Days of Our Lives: EJ kidnaps Sydney and Fakes Her Death/Sami Shoots EJ
Okay, so I’m kind of cheating here because technically this is two moments but since one led to the other I think it’s perfectly fine –lol!
EJ & Sami have a long complicated story that would take me hours to get into to give anyone who doesn’t watch Days a background, so let’s just say they come from two families that hate each other and they’ve been known to do bad things to other people (which I’m fine with –lol!) and bad things to each other (which I’m usually not so fine with).
Needless to say, when it was revealed that EJ had snapped and kidnapped their daughter, Sydney to get back at Sami for trying to hide the fact she had been pregnant, it was surprising, but that was actually perfectly in character and part of the course with these two. Where everything went horribly wrong for me, was when EJ covered Sydney’s clothes in blood and threw them in the Salem River to fake her death. There was definitely a line being crossed there as EJ used the “death” to get back at everyone who had lied about Sydney to him. It was very hard to watch EJ comforting Sami, all the while he knew Sydney was fine and healthy and playing house with her Auntie Anna. Then, EJ’s plan of continuing to hurt Sami by putting a wedge between her and her boyfriend kind of became problematic, when EJ returned with Sydney playing the hero and realized he was still in love with Sami – and that’s why what she’d done to him had hurt him so much.
Anyway, EJ and Sami did get together over the summer (even though she was still pining after dumb ass but not even going to get started on that part of the writing) and EJ did everything he could to make it up for what he did. However, when Sami found out the truth, she did not take it well and after leaving EJ, snuck back up to the house and shot him in the head. Not only did she shoot him in the head – she did it while he was passed out drunk with the gun in his own hand because he had been contemplating suicide. Sheesh! Then to make matters worse she went home after and had sex with Rafe. Oh yes, my heart warms just thinking about it. I mean she shoots an unconscious, suicidal man in the head and no remorse at all? COME ON!!! I mean this is not the first Sami has tried to kill someone (and probably won’t be the last) but she usually feels a little bit bad about it. I swear this show drives me to drink sometimes!
Most Heartbreaking TV Couple Moments of 2010:
What constitutes a Heartbreaking TV couple moment to me? Well, let’s see. They’re usually, well-written, well acted, gut wrenching, game changing moments for one of my couples that make sense and are true to character and leave me crying so much I am unsuitable to seen in public. So basically, they’re really, really good, but not necessarily the happiest moments. On that happy note, here are my picks for this past year.
5. Dexter: Dexter mourns for Rita
While, I wasn’t always the biggest Rita fan, sometimes she could be a little annoying I always loved how she helped to humanize Dexter. Learning how to love Rita and the kids has always been an important part of Dexter’s journey. In Season 4 of Dexter, we watched Dexter move on from learning to love them, to trying to balance being a family man and still fulfilling his serial killing urges. So, when they ended the Season with Dexter finally, truly happy (yay!) only to find Rita dead in the bathtub after being murdered by Trinity, it was a heartbreaking moment. But that was 2009. The heartbreaking moment of 2010 came in the Season 5 premiere, when Dexter has to learn how to grieve. He doesn’t know how to do it. So, we follow him walking around numb, trying to figure out what he’s supposed to do, how he’s supposed to do it and more importantly how he’s supposed to feel it. When he finally breaks down and has his outburst of emotion, it happens when he brutally attacks and kills a man who taunts him with Rita’s death. After his breakdown, Harry’s “ghost” tells him that it’s the most human thing he’s done all day. Then, after doing what he needs to do to begin to mourn, he cleans up his mess, composes himself and goes to the funeral and does what society and the kids need him to do. At the end of the episode, we are all left wondering, without Rita where does Dexter go from here.
4. Gossip Girl: Blair Realizes That She Needs to Become Her Own Person Before She Can Be With Chuck
So, after the moment we’ve all been waiting for – Blair has forgiven Chuck for the Jenny disaster and the two of them put away their egos and admit they still love each other, and follow it up with a kiss for all in attendance at Chuck’s party to see, we should all be happy, right? Wrong. Thanks to Chuck’s assistant, Blair realizes that if she and Chuck get back together right now she might never become anything else but Chuck Bass’ girlfriend and that she needs to be the strong, independent woman who makes a name for herself first before she can be the girlfriend. So, in a heartbreaking farewell, with hearts full of love and eyes full of pain, Chuck and Blair go their separate ways “for now”. Score one for woman’s lib, Score 0 for Chuck, Blair and their fans. And while I hate it, I get it. Blair needs to live her dreams too or she won’t remain the awesome person she is and she’ll become resentful of Chuck and we wouldn’t want that. I guess I can wait, especially if waiting means I get the two of them taking over the world together.
3. Days of Our Lives: Sami Finds Out the Truth About Sydney’s Kidnapping
You probably think it’s funny that Sami finding out the truth about EJ being behind the kidnapping of their daughter Sydney is on this list when the Kidnapping and the shooting after the reveal are my worst list. Well, let me explain why this is different. This moment was what soaps do best – break my freaking heart in a very dramatic way. After, seeing Rafe with Nicole, Sami decides to say forget him forever and move on with EJ, so she and EJ move up the wedding to ASAP. It’s a beautiful wedding with the kids and mostly just EJ’s family because naturally the Bradys do not approve of Sami marrying a DiMera, even if it is one that she has already married before and has 2 kids with. They’re judgmental like that –lol!
Anyway, after a few interruptions, including Sami’s father crashing the party, Sami and EJ begin exchanging vows. You know epic type vows that EJami fans have been waiting for – for let’s just say a very long time. He tells her she makes him a better person, she tells him he’s only person who’s ever accepted her for who she is and doesn’t try to change her. In the meantime, Sami’s ex, is doing all he can to find proof that EJ as behind the kidnapping and finds it and crashes the wedding just as Sami and EJ are about to be pronounced husband and wife. At first EJ denies that he had anything to do with it, but eventually he has no choice but to tell the truth. A devastated Sami kicks Rafe out and talks to EJ alone asking how he could do this do to her. She questions if he ever even loved her and EJ begs for forgiveness and even asks her once again to marry him. After a long back and forth discussion full of tears, Sami being Sami, (forgiveness isn’t really her strong suit) she decks EJ and tells him she’s taking the kids with her and he’ll never see any of them ever again. Thus leaving EJ, an irrational, drunk, suicidal mess realizing he’s lost everything that ever mattered to him and leaving the fans crying their eyes out wishing these two could just once get married without it all going, horribly wrong.
2. Doctor Who: The Doctor Goes Back in Time to Say Goodbye to Rose Before He “Dies"
Doctor Who entered the New Year in 2010 saying goodbye to the 10th Doctor, David Tennant, who decided to leave the show. Now, changing the actor who plays the Doctor isn’t hard to write thanks to this thing called Regeneration that they came up with in the 60s. The Doctor doesn’t die he regenerates into a whole new doctor – who’s the same, but isn’t. He’s got his memories but his appearance and personality changes. So, needless to say, when David Tennant’s Doctor knew he was dying after saving the world (again) and he went around saying goodbye to his various companions that he’s had along the way over the David Tennant years, I was a big heap of crying mess. But no good bye made me cry more than his final good bye, which was to Rose.
Unlike the others, he couldn’t really say goodbye to Rose. You see, Rose is kind of the one that got away and she did so by getting stuck in an alternate universe and he just can’t go up and visit there. So, instead, he takes the TARDIS and travels back in time to the New Years Eve right before they met. He watches her and her mom, Jackie, talking. When Rose starts walking home, he accidentally gets her attention by wincing in pain. She asks him if he’s alright and then wishes him a Happy New Year. She starts to leave but he asks her what year it is. She laughs and cracks a joke about him really having had too much to drink. Then, she tells him it’s 2005 (which just happens to be the year she met the Doctor). He smiles and tells her he thinks she’s going to have a great year. She smiles and heads home. Besides the fact he is saying goodbye to Rose (and I am a huge Doctor and Rose fan) what makes this moment so sad is that he smiles because he knows her journey is just about to begin, where as his about to end. I’m not going to lie, there maybe tears as I type this - Heartbreaking moment indeed.
1. The Vampire Diaries: Damon Tells Elena He Loves Her
So, what makes Damon telling Elena he loves her the most heartbreaking moment of the year for my TV couples? Well, where do I begin? Well, the answer probably lies in the fact that the entire scene shows just how much loving Elena has transformed Damon. Damon, the selfish, bad boy vampire who thinks of people as toys to play with before he eats them, actually loves Elena enough to let her go. When Damon appears in Elena’s room to return her vervain necklace, he tells her he has to just put it out there just this one time. He tells her he loves her but that he doesn’t deserve her, his brother does. Then he says he wishes she could remember this, kisses her on the forehead and with a single tear dropping from his eye: kisses her on the forehead, compels her to forget, puts her necklace on and is out the window before she even knows he was there. Here, we see that loving Elena has given Damon the ability to think past his own selfish needs and to do what he thinks is best for her – which is to let her go. And if you aren’t already crying while you’re watching him cry, this scene will probably get to you when you realize that Damon has just declared his love in the most beautiful way ever and done the most unselfish thing in his life and Elena will probably never remember it. That my friends is some tragically heart-breaking stuff.
The Best TV Couple Moments of 2010
On to the Best Moments of 2010 for my favorite TV couples. These are my happy, fan girl squealing moments. These are the good moments, the ones that I use to hang on to for the tough times that tend to follow, as is the case in some of the picks. Here they are…
5. General Hospital: Stone's Ghost visits Robin
In the 90s, I was a huge Stone & Robin fan. Stone was Robin’s first love and they overcame a lot of obstacles to be together. Unfortunately, there was one obstacle they couldn’t over come and that was Stone being diagnosed with and dying of Aids. So, you’re probably wondering right now, where’s the happy here? Well, the happy comes in the form of an unexpected visit form of Stone’s ghost.
After Robin falls down a well trying to escape crazy Lisa who’s trying to kill her, Stone appears to Robin to get her to not give up and to fight to live. This little visit from Stone, where Robin tells him what’s going on in her life and he gives her advice was some of the best writing General Hospital has had in ages and it reminded me why I still watch this show even when most days it’s a horrible mess, because it it used to give me couples like this to root for and as Robin points out, it was nice to just be able to see Stone again in person. He has been missed.
3. Gossip Girl: Chuck & Blair Confess They Still Love Each Other and are Caught Kissing
While this is tied to my most-heartbreaking moments, this is my favorite Chuck and Blair moment for the year because it is so Epic. Blair puts aside society’s expectations, puts aside her fear of getting hurt again and her ego and runs over to Chuck’s party to be with him. Chuck sees her at the party and he too puts aside his ego and society’s expectations to be the bad boy and admits that he still loves her. She admits that she still loves him and everyone else be damned. They embrace in a passionate kiss as the curtain they are kissing behind is removed and everyone at the party can see them. They decide if they’re going to go down, they might as well go down in flames together and kiss again. Pretty damn epic and pretty damn hot and definitely a fan girl squeal worthy moment!
3. The Vampire Diaries: Damon & Elena’s Road Trip
When The Vampire Diaries returned from its winter hiatus, bad boy vampire Damon saved Elena from her car accident and decided to take her with him on his Road Trip. For the first time, we got to see Elena let her hair down and have a little fun - courtesy of Damon and we got to see more of Damon’s humane side – courtesy of Elena. While it was fun to watch the two of them have some bonding time, it was also great to see Elena turn around and save Damon from Lexi’s boyfriend who wanted some well-deserved revenge for her death. It was just one of many times Elena has saved Damon from himself. It also left us hoping for some more one-on-one time for this crazy complicated duo.
2. Days of Our Lives: EJ Proposes to Sami
This summer, Days of Our Lives put my favorite soap pairing on quite the roller coaster ride. The peak of this ride came in July when EJ proposed to his Samantha on the Salem pier. I’m not sure what was better, the two sort of proposals that led up to the actual event or the proposal itself. First, EJ tested the waters declaring his love for her in an extremely hot moment at the DiMera mansion. Then, he described the most beautiful “what if” proposal and how he would try to make her feel, which was also romantic and pretty damn hot. All of this led up to EJ, placing himself on the pier fishing with a fishing hat on his head, as Sami came to meet him. He pretended he called her there to go fishing – which she thought was pretty funny (and so did I). Then, at the end of her fishing line she found a diamond ring and EJ got down on one knee and said, “I love you. I have always loved you, Samantha. I could spend a lifetime on my knee down here in front of you, and I could never fully describe the place that you hold in my heart. I want to spend the rest of my life loving you and loving our children and being a family in the proper sense of the word, so I’m asking you, please, to let me love you. Will you marry me?” And with that we were left with a smiling, crying Sami as the show faded to black while I was crying and yelling for her to say yes. When it comes to EJ and Sami, it’s moments like this that make me the glutton for punishment that I am and keep me coming back for more.
1. Smallville: Clark Proposes to Lois
Now, my number one moment of 2010 happened just a few weeks ago on the winter finale of Smallville. It has to be number one for me because of it how epic it is and that is the moment that Clark Kent proposed to Lois Lane. I know I’ve already blogged about it’s awesomeness but come on – it was just so them and so perfect. We had Clark trying to plan the perfect romantic evening and workaholic Lois being late and then almost babbling herself out of a proposal. Then Clark pretending he has an emergency and telling her there’s a situation in need of saving and calling her up on the payphone (like he used to before she knew his secret) only to surround her with falling white rose petals and teasing her that she sure makes it hard for him to ask a simple question but that’s part of what he loves about her and then nervously getting down on one knee and asking her to marry him. Then of course, she says yes and they kiss as the rose petals continue to fall around them. Of course it doesn’t take long for the world to fall apart around them as well, but for that one brief moment, one of the most popular couples in pop culture history finally got their Smallville moment and damn was it sweet.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, that concludes my Best & Worst TV Couple Moments of 2010. Hope you enjoyed it. Stay tuned through out the week as I post my Best and Worst TV Couple moments of the past Decade. Happy New Year everybody!!!
